To further enhance durability, our factory adds specially treated canvas and colloid layers to either the tooth surface or the back of the belt during production. This results in reduced surface wear and extended belt life, even under continuous or heavy-duty usage.

That’s why our factory offers optional reinforcement cords including glass fiber, aramid, and steel, allowing for customized solutions depending on your load and precision requirements. In terms of functionality, LSL® rubber open-end belts support a maximum width of 120mm and operate effectively within a temperature range of -20°C to +100°C. Additionally, for applications that require ultra-low noise and high environmental standards, our factory also produces variants with high-quality polyurethane surfaces—a solution that's both quiet and eco-friendly.
